Lunch - Avocado tomato with balsamic vinegar glaze on sour dough toast, Mango yoghurt smoothie


How to prepare "avocado tomato"

1) Cut avocado into half

2) Remove seed

3) Dice avocado without removing skin via criss cross cuts

4) Spoon out avocado

5) Add diced tomatoes


Dinner - Cabbage, pork ball soup (from J), Curry puff (from EC)
